Ethics of the Craft

Pagan Ethics

Wiccan ethics can be explained through a great many things, simplest of all- do what is right. One may also argue that "universal right" is non-existant and that one cannot possibly know what is best for all people. Therefore, we were given the charges of the Book of Law, the wiccan rede, rune, creed and other ethical documents to guide us in what is right and wrong. These sources are not an enforced set of rules but merely a suggestion as to what is best in nearly all cases and therefore one can choose to follow them or not, but hopefully ever mindful of the consequences that befall those who ignore them.
