Relaxation and Stimulation Remedies

Dosages given are for *adults*. Unless specific dosage is labeled "for Children", *do not give to Children*. When you choose to self medicate, *you* are responsible for what you put in your body. If you show any symptom after ingesting an herb or any other substance that you do not normally ingest, stop taking the herb, etc., immediately. The symptom may or may not have something to do with the herb, etc., but you can always try again later, after the symptom has disappeared, to test if it was the herb, etc. I take no responsibility for your misuse of any of the recipes below- use at your own risk.

Relaxation

Relaxation Tea t. lavender flowers
t. lemon balm leaves
t. linden flowers
t. chamomile
OR
t. valerian root
t. passion flower
t. chamomile
t. vervain

Stimulation

Pick-me-up Tea t. rose hips
t. peppermint
t. hibiscus

Endurance Cocktail

This drink does just what it says when drank on a regular basis. This isn't a one time deal. You could call it "therapy".

You will need:
Juice of 1 lemon
tablespoons Water
tablespoons Powdered Milk
tablespoon Honey, or more to taste

Combine all the ingredients, stir vigorously, and consume. Two of these cocktails a day.
