One of the most intimate magicks in the world works through the ingestion of food and drink as food and drink are eventually integrated into your body on a cellular level and fill your body with their essence. Therefore, any magicks attached to your food will permeate every cell in your body and will strongly further your purpose. This is why love potions have been popular throughout history as have putting charms on food. You can either attach a purpose to your chosen food or work off their basic purposes as listed below.
